- Two recent passport photographs
- Certified copies of qualifications and academic transcripts
- A stamped handwritten application addressed to the Director General of TechnoLAB-ISTA
- A completed registration form, available from the administration and affiliated centres

Registration: 80,000 FCFA, payable once, non-refundable and separate from annual tuition. Regional fees: Mopti and surrounding areas.
